Old Friend

Last year, I met an owl in the shopping precinct. I pretended not to be surprised, but nevertheless, it wasn’t an everyday occurence, so I took a photograph. I must admit that I was more than a little disappointed to see that I had picked up the odd bit of red-eye, so I used the function on the Live Photo Gallery to get rid of most of it. Since taking the picture and posting it with as much red taken out as possible, I’ve seen many pictures of the same type of bird on the internet, and the feathered friend has red eye in every picture, so, here it is, before
